INVISA SELECT

The Introduction Pathway.
When You're Ready.

FOR CONTEXT — NEW VISITORS

InVisa Select is the step that comes after education. Before any introduction to a specific EB-5 opportunity, InVisa prepares families and individuals with a structured understanding of the programme, how it works, where risk lies, and what a serious evaluation requires. Select is available to those who have completed that foundation.

FOR RETURNING VISITORS

If you have already completed the InVisa educational process and are ready to explore a specific opportunity, this page will walk you through how Select works, what we are currently reviewing, and how to take the next step.

The process is straightforward. It begins with a free conversation.

If you are new to InVisa, you are welcome here. This page will give you everything you need to understand what Select is and whether it makes sense for your situation.

Not a Marketplace.
A Controlled Introduction Path.

WHAT SELECT IS

In most of the EB-5 market, families are introduced to a project before they understand the programme. The sequence is reversed, and the consequences of that reversal are significant. Families commit capital to structures they do not fully understand, in projects they have not properly evaluated, through intermediaries with undisclosed financial interests.

InVisa Select was built to change that sequence.

Under Select, education comes first. Eligibility comes second. Introductions come last. Access to Select is available only to families and individuals who have established a genuine foundation in programme mechanics and whose goals, timeline, and situation align with what is currently under review.

This is not an endorsement of any project. It is not a guarantee of any outcome. It is a more disciplined path to a more informed decision.

THE EVALUATION STANDARD

How We Review
Every Opportunity.

Every project considered for Select is reviewed against five internal criteria. A project that does not meet all five does not reach our families.

CRITERION 01

Regulatory Integrity

Compliance with USCIS programme architecture and statutory requirements. We prioritise projects with I-956F approval — a pre-adjudication status that reduces regulatory uncertainty before capital is committed.

*Meeting these criteria is not a guarantee of immigration approval or capital return. It is a floor, not a ceiling.*

CRITERION 02

Structural Transparency

Visibility into how funds flow from the investor to the enterprise, how risk is layered across the capital stack, and how the fund administration is structured and who controls it.

CRITERION 03

Governance Design

Operational credibility of the project sponsor and regional center. We look at management depth, track record, and the quality of their reporting and oversight structures.

CRITERION 04

Risk Articulation

The quality of commercial and immigration risk disclosure in the offering documents. Projects that obscure or minimise risk do not meet this standard.

CRITERION 05

Job Creation Credibility

Conservative economic modelling with a documented buffer above the USCIS ten-job requirement. We examine the methodology, the assumptions, and the source mix — not just the headline number.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Families Who Have
Done the Work.

Select is designed for individuals and families who are approaching EB-5 as a serious, long-term residency decision, not as a quick transaction.

The ideal Select candidate has already built a foundational understanding of the programme. They know how capital structures work. They understand what the EB-5 lifecycle actually involves. They have a clear immigration objective and a realistic picture of what the process requires from them.

If that describes where you are, Select is the right next step. If you are still in the early stages of understanding EB-5, we recommend beginning with the Intelligence Briefing and the Families page, and returning here when you are ready.

Capital is at risk

EB-5 is not a fixed-return product. The capital must be placed at risk in a commercial enterprise. There are no guaranteed returns and no guaranteed immigration outcomes.

Timelines are not fixed

The EB-5 lifecycle typically spans multiple years. Processing times, visa availability, and project execution timelines all affect the overall duration and cannot be predicted with certainty.

Liquidity is constrained

Once committed, capital is not freely accessible during the sustainment period. Families should plan for a multi-year capital horizon before evaluating any opportunity.

Independent advice is essential

InVisa is an educational platform. We do not provide legal, financial, or immigration advice. Every family engaging with Select should retain qualified immigration counsel and, where appropriate, independent financial advisors.

INVISA SELECT — CURRENT RESEARCH

What Select
Currently Reviews.

As part of our ongoing research mandate, InVisa is currently reviewing one infrastructure opportunity for inclusion in Select. We share this information in an educational context — as a concrete illustration of what a project that meets our structural standards looks like in practice.

This is not a solicitation. It is not a recommendation. It is a transparent look at the kind of opportunity Select was built to introduce — after education, after evaluation, and after a direct conversation with our team.

HOW IT WORKS

Three Steps.
No Surprises.

STEP 01

Free Orientation Call

Everything begins with a free twenty-minute call. We discuss your situation, your immigration objectives, your timeline, and your current understanding of the programme. There is no obligation and no sales pressure. The call is designed to establish whether Select is the right fit for where you are.

*InVisa does not participate in the transaction. We facilitate the introduction and exit the chain.*

STEP 02

Foundation Check

If the conversation suggests Select may be appropriate, we confirm that you have the foundational knowledge the process requires. This is not a test. It is a structured conversation designed to ensure that any introduction we facilitate is made to a family that is genuinely prepared to evaluate it.

STEP 03

Project Introduction

Once the foundation is in place, we facilitate a direct introduction to the project sponsor. From this point forward, the relationship is between you, your legal counsel, and the sponsor. InVisa steps back. The introduction is documented and compensation, where applicable, is disclosed under RIA-2022 and is never charged to the investor or their counsel.

NOT QUITE READY?

Start With the
Intelligence Briefing.

If you are new to EB-5 or still building your understanding of the programme, InVisa Select is not the right next step yet, and that is completely fine. The right starting point is the EB-5 Intelligence Briefing: the foundational document that prepares families for everything that comes after.

Most families who eventually engage with Select began with the Briefing. It takes less than an hour to read. It changes how you evaluate everything that follows.

Begin With a
Free Conversation.

Whether you are arriving at InVisa Select for the first time or returning after completing the educational process, the next step is the same: a free, twenty-minute orientation call with no obligation and no pressure.

We will discuss your situation, answer your questions, and give you an honest assessment of whether Select is the right fit for where you are right now.
